My name is Florette Anderson. For several years I was a Market Support Representative for a well-known, Fortune 100 computer manufacturer in New York.

One of the requirements of that position was to provide training on software applications and hardware to my corporation's clients.

That training was conducted in a classroom environment. The disadvantage of this was that the learning curve of each person is different and that arrangement was not fair to either the persons who easily grasped the training, or to those who didn't. There was a need for a "happy medium". I founded CSS Company to fill that need.

Over the years, the company has evolved. While we still provide training, our methods have also evolved. Our focus now is to motivate proactive professionals to positive action.

We achieve this by training methods which include digital media and teleclasses. People share with me the challenges and situations that impact their lives in a way that sometimes prevent them from achieving their goals.

This information provides the basis for personal coaching and workshops.
